Welcome to Cape Cod Rental Central Cape Cod Viking Real Estate welcomes the start of the 2012 summer rental season. We are located at 242 Swan River Road, West Dennis, MA, adjacent to the Dennis Chamber of Commerce. We'll show you the way to beach! Please use this site as a tool to learn about the Cape and book your vacation. Please email me with feedback from your vacation-if you can recommend a place that your family really enjoyed, or want to pass on some tips for other families I will print them. Suggestions could include family restaurants, best beaches for young children,playgrounds, tourist & rainy day activities, undiscovered places,etc. I'd like to make this a resource for anyone visiting the Cape, with your help. See the Things To Do page for ideas. Turn up your sound to hear the surf. All of our rentals are clean and well-equipped. All you have to bring is your linens and beach towels (and good weather). Most are in beach areas. We are centrally located on the Cape so it's easy to do day trips to the Islands and National Seashore. All are near area attractions. Many of our renters come back to the same properties year after year, and have been very happy with their choices.
